These terms cover purchases from the Merchandising page of www.zerognova.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in them limits any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Who Sells

Koritsuki Entertainment (Arynova, independent developer). Questions about an order: use the Contact page and include the email address you used at checkout.

Prices and Payment

The price and the shipping fee are shown in US dollars before you pay, and again on the checkout page. Payment is taken by Stripe; your card details never reach our servers. Your order is confirmed when the payment succeeds. Prices do not include import duties, customs fees or local taxes that your country may charge on delivery. Those are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping

We ship to the countries offered in the address step of the checkout. The shipping fee is a flat rate shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier, and we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Please check your shipping address carefully: if an order comes back because the address was incorrect, we may ask you to cover the cost of sending it again.

Damaged, Misprinted or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is misprinted, or does not arrive, contact us within 30 days of the delivery (or of the expected delivery) and we will send a replacement or refund you. A photo of the damage helps.

Changes, Cancellations and Returns

If you want to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can do it only if it has not yet gone to print. For any other return, contact us and we will look at it case by case.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank decides how long it takes to appear, usually a few business days.
